Hello all,
right now modified constructed is still listed as "Diamond and Pearl" and all "Blackstar Promos" to current (so it will include all Diamond and Pearl as well as all Platinum and both Heart Gold Soul Silver sets) in all official documents. I know we are on the cusp of having some of Diamond and Pearl cycle out and with our tournament going off next weekend, if the change does become official before next weekend I will still honor decks based on all of Diamond and Pearl including all Blackstar Promos forward.

There will also be a sale on Pokemon product the day of the tournament.
